Delivery

1. Countries :

Where do we deliver? Throughout the European Union and Switzerland.


2. Shipping costs :

For orders of less than €39, shipping costs are calculated as a function of the destination and weight.
Delivery is free of charge in Belgium, France and Luxembourg for orders of €39 or more.

For Switzerland, shipping is €12. Any customs fees shall be payable by the customer.


3. Order processing time :

Your purchase order will be processed on the date of receipt if it is sent before noon on business days. Otherwise, it will be processed the next business day.

 


4. Delivery time :

Your order will be shipped by post or other carrier, as a function of weight and as decided by Bio-Life S.A., in one to six business days:

   b. For France: in two to four business days
   c. Other countries: please contact us for the exact delivery time.
  

Bio-Life s.r.l. shall under no circumstances be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.


5. Traceability :

Please contact us and we will be happy to inform you of the advancement of your order.

For the Post Office: an undelivered package notice will be left in the customer's letterbox, asking the customer to go to the nearest post office to pick up the package.

In case of delivery delays longer than the maximum delivery times indicated above, the customer should contact Bio-Life s.r.l. by telephone at +32 81 665 004.

If a package is returned to our premises, reshipping shall be done at the customer's expense. If the customer prefers reimbursement rather than reshipping, Bio-Life s.r.l. shall reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs invoiced by the carrier or Post Office from said reimbursement.

Bio-Life s.r.l. will immediately contact the carrier or the Post Office in order to initiate an enquiry. If the package is found, it shall be reshipped as soon as possible to the customer's residence. If however the product is not found, the carrier shall consider the package to be lost. At the end of the enquiry, Bio-Life s.r.l. may send a replacement product at its own expense. If the ordered products are no longer available, the customer may receive reimbursement for the product in question.


6. Upon delivery :

The customer shall check the physical condition and content of the package(s) upon delivery in the presence of the carrier.
Any anomaly relating to delivery (defective or missing items, etc.) must be specified explicitly and in a detailed manner as reservations on the carrier's delivery slip. The customer must also report this anomaly by sending the carrier a registered letter with return receipt describing said claims within two business days of the delivery date.

In case of non-compliance with the rules set forth above, no merchandise shall be replaced or exchanged.
At the same time, the customer must also send a copy of this letter accompanied by the delivery slip to the following address:

Any return of merchandise shall be subject to a formal written agreement between Bio-Life s.r.l. and the buyer. Return shipping costs shall be the buyer's responsibility.
